This is good, I thought this was always a possibility.
The timings now at 8-5-5-15 (would have expected 5-5-5-15 though), would be running without EPP, at the nominal voltage you mentioned 1.8v would be normal.
However, running with the EPP profile (dual profiles @ 4-4-4-12) you would require a higher voltage, up to but not exceeding 2.2v. EPP will need more power, and your probably still stuck on the default 1.8v.
You should notice that the problem returns as soon as you run with 2 memory sticks as well.
Manual settings then for voltage, with all sticks installed. Every BIOS is different of course, the M3N memory configuration settings are quite extensive from what I remember, but you should see these settings under Advanced > Jumper Free Configuration in BIOS. See if you can see your memory voltage here (currently set to Auto). Set it to 1.95v or 2v, run a memtest, and gradually increase it each time until memtest shows no errors after 7 passes. Maximum is 2.2v, but without active cooling, I wouldn't recommend exceeding 2.1v. BIOS will most likely warn you soon after you exceed 2v as well.
