Default Constant BSOD No Boot Up

Its been a few months so far. Do not know exactly what has happened. The last thing I was doing was watching a movie on **URL REMOVED***. I was in the process of letting the movie fully load before I watched it, So I have stepped into the shower. I received the BSOD screen. Now ever since then it will not boot up. It will try to start up then "BAM" BSOD restarts on its own then does it again repetitively, any help would be much appreciated ty so much for taking the time to read this.

Hi CI, welcome to PCHF.

Sorry for the delay, but please be patient, we are volunteers here, all working in different time zones.

If you tap F8 during startup, you'll come to a startup screen. Are you able to access Windows if you select "Last Known Good Configuration", or "Safe Mode"?

If not, the only way to resolve your issue, is if you can give us the details that appear on the blue screen itself. If it only appears for a split second, you'll obviously need a few restarts in order to collect these details. The information I'm particularly interested in is highlighted in red below:

Well it does restart in a split second. But it never lets me see what information is on the BSOD screen. . . I restart it constantly. Doesn't work if i RB in safemode or last know config.

In that case CI, your best option at this point is to an attempt a Repair install using your Windows Setup CD?

Yea. . . It restarts way too fast for me to view what it says. Any other way to access the screen so i can capture what it says?

Didn't come with one. I have asked my friend whom previously owned it if he had a back up disk. Can I use a similar Windows setup cd?
