BSOD - Laptop crash
HAPPY THANKSGIVING.... MY DELL C640 laptop will not boot up with windows. I keep getting an error msg. I have tried all options at the DELL website. Is there anyone in this forum that can help me????

What is the error message, when do you get it? Is it a BSOD? (Blue screen of death)
