I just installed a new mobo and I get a BSOD everytime I startup.
0x0000007B (0x80399BB0, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
I can't even get into safe mode.

Hey Bikkit,how are you?
Try disconnecting the hard drive and reboot. Have a read of this also while you wait for the Tech Team to step in and help you. Advanced troubleshooting for "Stop 0x0000007B" errors in Windows XP JB.

No it is definitely the motherboard. I've looked online and loads of people have had the same problem.

Okay, thanks. I've already been chatting to jelly bean and upgrader about this on chat and they suggested repair install as well. unfortunately I don't have the original vista disk so I'm *ahem* using "other" ways of getting one.
