Hi Ramon,

Faulty RAM is actually the most common causes of Blue Screen, would suggest removing it or running a memtest to check for memory faults: Memtest86 - Download Page

Alternatively, if you follow B S O D's on my signature, and start with "What if you don't have any 1001 Events?", because your currently dumping large files (memory.dmp). The remaining instructions from the top describe how to post your dump/log file after you receive your next couple of blue screens.

EDIT: Marked as Answered.

Dear all

After suspecting that the memory was the culprit I now have my eyes on other things as I pulled the RAM out, installed another set and BAM it happened again...now giving BSOD saying:

0x0000001E - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Any ideas??

Hey Ramon, thanks for that, you went a little further than I expected, but unfortunately the log only contains some of the information. Is there any chance you could post the actual dump file itself, you should find it in: C:\Documents and Settings\ramon\Desktop\LOGS\Mini082008-01.dmp (normally found in c:\windows\minidump), and one or two more I can compare with if possible.

It appears to be an application issue as far as I can tell so far, and is related to this Microsoft Article: Open Handles Cause STOP 0x0000001E or STOP 0x00000024. I'm hoping that the extra information will point me to the application itself. Also, what security software do you have currently installed?
