Not really, it usally passes through a couple more phases before it is fully complete, best to leave it overnight.
The BSOD's you posted not absolutely clear, however one thing is for certain, your problems are a result of some serious hardware issues. These suggest faulty memory, however, less likely would be overheating and I'm assuming you wouldn't be silly enough to overclock? Beyond checking for overheating, there will be no futher diganostics we could do at a software level. The only remaining problem beyond this would be a faulty motherboard. |

overclock...? left that memtest on all night, for 11 and a half hours like, no errors came back. heres a screen print of when i cancled it. think that must be enough runs though. does this mean we can rule out ram now..? meanings most likely i have a faulty motherboard of something..?

Overclocking is where you force (say your CPU) to run at a higher speed than it designed to do, using an overclocking utility or in some cases, using BIOS.
There is one more utility you can check out for overheating. A screenshot of this one would be good if your showing overheating at all: |MG| SpeedFan 4.33 |

lol Gaz, um, when you double click on it, it doesn't start? Reboot your PC, download again and then try again. Just save it to your Hard Drive (no need to put it on CD or Floppy). It will start the installer for you.
