Exclamation XP crash

My XP computer just crashed. Physical memory is being saved to disk.
To my knowledge, the only new thing installed today was the Defender update, automatically.

It's to soon to be sure, but head up for possible "XP computer crash" messages.
My Vista is sofar going good. Knock on wood.

If I learn anything more, I'll post it.

UPDATE...

Upon reboot, Windows requested dump be sent to Microsoft.
Microsoft's Windows Error Reporting says...
"Problem caused by Device Driver"
Cause: Unknown
Solution available: NO
"Windows has encountered a problem it cannot recover from and it needs to be restarted."

Additional steps to take: "Continue to send problem reports so analysts at MS can study" ... the problem.

If it was the Defender update, would they tell you???

Stay tuned for further developes.....
I hope it is just my computer.

I would be glad to answer you, if I know what you were talking about.
What is that in English?
I'm just an out of work engineer.

It's been two days and no further crashes.
Just a fluke I guess.
