Paul,
Well, there is one way to find out. Please visit Virustotal

VirusTotal is busy at the moment and Jotti says that my file I uploaded is empty 0 bytes.
The size of the file is actually 280,452 bytes so why is it telling me this? |

Paul,
I'm not quite sure. What other protection programs do you currently have installed? EDIT: A quick google search turns up others having the same issues. If it comes up as virused when scanned with any other programs I think its safe to remove

I'm just doing an online scan with Trend Micro Housecall
If that doesn't pick it up is it safe to say that the file in not infected? As I've heard that Trend Micro Housecall is one of the top scanners? |

Paul,
I have found this: please have a look - MoneySavingExpert.com Forums regarding the same issues. Once the scan is done, if it comes up as infected I'd delete it. Provided it is infected I'd also give the Prework a run through to ensure you are completely free of malware
