First off,

google searches are impossible just about..it constantly loads since i got this virus. it won't allow me to load gmail either.....it won't allow me to run or download or install Hijack this or Malware bytes..just about anything that would get rid of this....it won't let me get lol

it's located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\DivX32.dll

I scanned with a squared...and found it that way....kaspersky didnt find it but did remove a rootkit prior.

ad aware won't run a scan either....
