Hi,
For the first time ever since I got my laptop, I have received a warning of some sort of virus: W32/Gaobot.worm.gen.u - Win32/RBot.3eu!Worm
I am absolutely clueless as to what to do and why the system got infected in the first place.. I have McFee antivirus which keeps telling me that its protected!
Im working on Vista.

Welcome to the site. I will move your thread to the Anti-Virus section first. When you have followed the request below, it will be moved to the [New] HJT section.
