Post bo:heap virus in explorer.exe

Hey guys... I need help... My virus checker has found instances of this virus attached to explorer.exe but can't do anything about it.

When ever I open my "Movies" folder I always get a bo:heap virus in explorer.exe warning from McAfee. It always happens when I open that folder. Ran Virus scans and Malwarebytes scan and it always comes up clean but yet I always get this warning when into the Movies folder. After that the machine slows up a bit. Then I have to end the explorer.exe process and the restart it in order to get the pc back up in optimal performance.

I have a Dell Optiplex 745 3.6GHz Processor and 3 GB of ram.
Running Windows XP Pro w/ Sp3 (All Critical Updates Installed)
Running McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5.0i (up to date)
Malwarebytes (up to date)

Below is my hijackthis log file and then the Malwarebytes log file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
