please help me remove a trojan horse
i have this (trojan horse generic 12.BGEI) in my AVG anti virus vault. and im not sure if i delete it my self it will completly remove it from my computer safely...... please help

Hi there and welcome to PCHF
Is your copy of AVG completely updated? If it is then yes, AVG should remove the infection. Once you have removed it from quarantine, simply run a full system scan.
