I have purchased a new Sungale Digital Photo Keychain. When I plug it into my PC I get 2 pop up windows.

First one, Symantec AntiVirus Notification, Auto-Protect Scan, Event Thread Found!, Threat Backdoor.Graybird!Gen

Second window, DPF Mate, This device donot surpport this compressed rate!

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Did you install the software included on the mini disc, when you purchased it?

There is not a disc or software to load. It is Sungale model JC150. It has a USB cable and the photo viewer is supposed to automatically pop up when you select USB connection "Yes" on the keychain. It appears that the viewer does open up in the back of these two "error" windows, however when I close the windows nothing is selectable on the viewer as though it was interrupted when opening. Thank you.
