Unhappy Antivirus 2009

I'm really new at this but i think my computer is in desperate need of some help. I recently ran a free scan on my computer from a program called Antivirus 2009 and it preceded to tell me the following:

Spyware C://windows/system32/ Spyware.007SpySoftware Program designed to monitor user activity. May be used with or without consent.

Trojan autorun Win32.Outsbot.u A backdoor Trojan that is remotely controlled via Internet Relay Chat (IRC). It exploits Sony Digital Rights Management (DRM) software to hide its presence.
Worm hidden autorun Win32.Sober.P This is a mass-mailing worm that uses its own SMTP engine to spread. It sends itself as an email attachment that mimics an image file.

Now i dont know if i should believe all this or not but now the av2009 keeps popping up on my computer telling me to purchase it and its not listed in the add/remove programs in the computer for me to delete it off. Also, there is no security programs currently on my computer..so after i fixed the computer..what free program would u recommend installing?

Antivirus 2009 is a virus.It has infected your computer and proberly asking you to buy the product to clean your computer.

Please click the "Prework" link in red below on my signiture and copy and paste the results back here on your thread.
