ok hey there, i'm not very good at exaplaining but anyway here goes. i'm also sorry if this is in the wrong section

right not so long ago i was on msn when i got this message from my friend saying: Omg! this looks so much like you it claimed to be an image so i accepted it and downloaded it, there was no image infact it was just some thing i had no idea so i left it, later on that dat i get this message from avast anti-virus saying "suppicous message" i was like wtf? and many and many came it was spamming up my pc.
-*EDIT*- i also have zonealarm.
later on it went so i decided to go back on msn and ask my friend what the yuck she just sent me she said the she doesn't kno what it is and she says loads of people have got it and it will just disapear.

theres me thinking ok now it is going to disapear carm down, well it didn't so i got Avg instead so that this spamming wouldn't come up so that i could get on with finding this thing. So now i have no spam but now when i log on msn i get people saying "what?" or "wtf why would i want that?" ect. ect.

it turns out this thing is saying " do you like me in this underwear? i don't" and it's asking them to download the same file. aswell as some other things. I have now uninstalled msn and re-installed and had a new email address i add my other friend and it is still doing it.

right now i have just scanned my pc, it's found nothing aswell as i have looked around my self and have found nothing....

please tell me whats wrong? is it a virus? or somthing? if it is how can i get rid of it without having to delete lots of stuff i need for work!!!

please help me!
