Default MicroAntivirus2009, xp antivirus 2008 bluescreen..

Hello, I am very fatigued, because of viruses that have made my compaq nx9010 laptop unusable.

I have windows xp service pack 3.

I was recently trying to bypass this product registration/serial for this babylon translating software (which i really like). the software trial expired, so I was trying to bypass the registration and such, finding a crack.

I don't know much about computers.

I downloaded this crack thing, and ended up getting a virus. Now, I have I think maybe 2 viruses.

I know I have microvirus 2009.
and maybe this windows xp 2008
I tried running antimalwarebytes but could not remove the stuff.
at first it was ok, at least i could run antivirus programs. I think i messed myself up tho.

Now, I can do nothing, as when i start up my screen comes up with the desktop items, but a blue background screen, but after a few seconds all there is is a blue screen. I am without hope. when i press control alt delte the taks manager comes up normally, and i don't see any weird processes running..

I try to start it in safe mode with f8, but all there is there is is a black screen.

I have no restore points, but I thought I should have had some there. where did they go??

I am very depressed right now....

Thanks so much for the help!!

also, when i am in safe mode, everything comes up for a few seconds ( with the black background)

and then i am asked if i want to continue in safe mode or use system restore...as i said i have no system restore points so i can't use that...

so i say continue.

Then, everything comes up (with the black background), but then the question comes up again..."do i want to continue with safe mode..." blah blah.

the same thing happens over and over again if i keep clicking on continue.

if i do nothing, the question goes away but then i am left with the black safe mode screen, empty.

aaaaaarrrrggggggggggggghhhh...

We do not support anything to do with cracks-- as it is illegal-- and forbidden by the site rules.
You are on your own.
