Since installing the new AVG internet security on my inspiron 6400 I cannot log into or view videos on websites. I can see the websites main page but cannot log into my email account or view videos on U tube.

I have changed the settings and even turned them off but the problems persist. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Suggestion you uninstall the " the new AVG internet security ".
That will tell you if it is the new program or something else.
