there are so many viruses in my computer now. i dont know how to get rid of them!

Hi there, have you tried running the scan in Safe Mode?

Restart your PC and tap F8 untill you see an "Advanced Options For Windows" screen. Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, scroll down to highlight Safe Mode and press Enter. Logon as the Administrator account.

When you have completed this could you also follow the Pre Work (link in my sig) and post the logs as attachments for our security team to look at.
