ive never seen this before. but when i try to install norton, i get, cd rom drive is full. someone please help....Thanks

What version of Windows are you using?
What version of Norton are you trying to install?

Just from your statement, I would say your CD thinks you are trying to write to it instead of read from it. Awaiting version answers.
