| Anti-Virus - [Resolved] Live Update running every 10 mins posted in the Security & Safety forums; My live update runs every 10 mins and it is really slowing my pc down. How do I get it so it still runs liveupdate automatically just not so often?? ... |

My live update runs every 10 mins and it is really slowing my pc down. How do I get it so it still runs liveupdate automatically just not so often?? (Norton Internet Security 2007)

Click on Control Panel > Automatic Updates
This is where you set the date and time. Suggest you turn it off Reboot Check if it is still running on the 10 minute cycle If not, turn it back on and monitor Good Luck

Hi wa, I think he means the Norton Internet Security liveupdate, not windows.
