Unhappy [Resolved] Trojan in operating memory!

Hello! You are my last hope! My Anti-virus NOD32 shows the following: trojan found in operating memory (in folder "system 32" the file aspi1110111 is infected), UNABLE TO DELETE or put into quarantine. I cannot work with my PC because of it; moreover, in the hard disks there are not only trojans, but also worms. Please, can somebody explain me what does it mean and how I can get rid of it?

The problem you're describing is because the infected program is running and it therefore cannot delete it, restart your PC and hit F8 just after post and before the windows start up screen and boot into safe mode, then you should be able to do a scan with NOD32 to remove the infected file(s).

If that is successful I recommend doing the prework and posting the logs back so people can take a look and make sure there is nothing else lurking, which wouldn't be good.

Thank you very much! I have XP. Indeed, I could work only in safe mode for some time because my PC was attacked. Thank you very much for your advice!
