Default csrss.exe

Just got this few days ago in my processes in wtm. Two images are shown one in system and one for my documents. Ever since getting this its been sending people **** through msn and my screen flashes. Cant cancle the processes and delete file because its a critical system process. Anypne know what to do plz help thnx.

Also when i try and go to msconfig and go to startup it just shut msconfig down so i cant stay on it for more then 2 seconds.

Unable to run hijackthis. I've scanned my comp with adaware trojan remover and cleand up my harddrive. When i show all hidden files and exit the window or enter another folder it somehow resets and all the files are hidden again. Whenever i try and use hijackthis my screen flashes and closes. If im in the hijackthis folder it closes within 2 seconds and its the only folder that does this. Can u link me a program that takes pics of your screen i dont have a digital camera or webcam.

Press the button on your keyboard to the right of the F-keys that says "Print Screen / SysRq," go into Paint, click Edit>Paste, and save the picture. Upload it here.
