I am so angry with this computer! I feel like cleaning off everything and starting over. It locks up, freezes up or whatever you want to call it. I had Window Live 1 Care installed by a computer tech in December 2006, and all was working well until 3 weeks ago. At that time the computer started running slow, some of the security files would not down load or update, and then it would quit working or just lock up. I called Live 1 Care and they have done their best to get this thing fixed through their Easy Assist program, but so far nothing is working. They state that my computer is virus free, that it is clean of needless programs, and that there is a lot of free space (I think about 75% free). They are totally puzzled and are supposed to get back with me on Monday morning to work on this thing again. So is there someone out there in computer land who might have an idea what might be wrong here? Any ideas are surely welcomed.
