True but the problem is it can get through in many ways.

No anti-spyware program will have protection for all spyware as new spyware is always being released and someone will get it first most likely before the security companies may have discovered it. Although heuristic tools are good they arent most effective.

With Anti-spyware i recommend having at least one real-time scanner and maybe a couple of other on-demand scanners.

I'd suggest Windows Defender, as its by microsoft (thats not a bad thing...right?)

i thought they have freeware spyware program. i don't have money to buy all kinds of spyware programs

Windows defender is free, provided you have a genuine copy of windows.

AVG Anti-spyware (formerly ewido) is freeware as well.

To think that if you dont visit warez and porn sites you will not get spyware is very nieve, Spy/malware can get onto your system in many ways. For the avarage user, free software can do the job just fine, i personally use AVG free av/ Commodo firewall/Windows defender/Spywareblaster/Ad-Aware and for system information i use Everest and Belarc advisor. The other major step i would advise is to use a program like Norton Ghost
