Hello, i have a nasty virus that Kasperski have found
it`s name is win32.Zhelatin.b (it`s mail worm) but casperski can`t desenfect it, any one have idia how can i clean it quqkly and without erasing programs?

I'm not exactly a genius when it comes to things like this, but I'm going to take a chance and say something. Maybe try a new virus protection program? There is free AVG online, but hey, dont take my word for it, wait for someone else to respond too. Hah.
