I use and recommend Eset's Nod32. I used to be a fanboi of Norton AV, but after giving Nod32 a trial run I have broken away from the Norton bloat...

their web site says you can buy on line but if you click more pc' to cover the online price goes up.
If you are running a full (paid) version of any software it is illegal to use it on more than one PC ---UNLESS-- it specifically says so in the EULA (end-user license agreement)-- some maker's give a slight discount on extra licenses-- look before you buy.

In the case of AVG --what the license buys you... is the convenience of automatic updates.
If you don't want to spend extra then use AVG free-- you just have to remember to update every day...

thought so, Ill stick with Norton as I should be getting it free as part of my ISP package.

I didnt just want the antivirus which is free as there is no gain thats why was looking at the whole package which , what I have at the moment is all free
