i have a virus!!

i have a virus and i dont know how to get rid of it! i have downloaded mcafee trial but that did nothing, i tried another one and it deleted loads of files but i still have the little bomb icon in my task bar by the time....what do i do??

Please can you follow PCHF Prework on my signature. A member of the security team will then analyse your log and post a fix for any virus's/malware found.
