We switched over from Norton AntiVirus to Command AntiVirus here at the office. My boss just scanned her computer and found 26 viruses in the Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine folder. Obviously Norton found those viruses and quarantined them, but with Norton no longer being installed, should we worry about those viruses still being present?

Well, the viruses won't be 'released' again. So they're safe in the Quarantine folder. It would be good to delete that folder anyway. Most times you're asked if you want to do so during the Uninstall.
