I just scanned with Yahoo Anti-Spyware since it came with YIM and it picked up an unknown trojan, C:/Program Files/support.com/charter/bin/
and then 6 .exe files named: disablecaps.exe, sdckill.exe, shutdown.exe, silentrun.exe, and ssrunscript.exe and then a reg key. It was under items to review but it worries me because of the names of the files. I have charter as my ISP but I have no clue what support.com is. Any help is appreciated.

Those are false positives and nothing to worry about.
