Yup , just putt a tick infront of those entry's in hjt and then press "fix checked" at the bottum left.

And did you only run option 1 with smitfraud , or did you also continue with option 2? If you only run option 1 then run 2 now (in safemode) Option 2 is the actual removal step.

And if you already used option 2 , then run it now with option 4 (the generic fix) please.

And i see you now have Norton and AVG installed and running together. Having 2 AV's running at the same time is definatly not recommended and can cause conflict and performence problems.

Uninstall or disable one of those , and after fixing that entry with hjt aswell see how youre pc runs after that.
