I am new to this post, hi to everyone.


The computer keeps saying it's working in fail safe mode when it reboots. It says to check the bios system. What does this mean? I have Windows XP home edition.

So you get into Windows, but there's low quality graphics and it says Safe Mode, or are you unable to get into Windows?

Hi there Ellen.

Try resetting the Cmos. Remove the pc's powercord and then remove the battery on the motherboard. Wait a few minutes and replace the battery and powercord.

Then see if the pc boot's normal.
