I also ran Ewido and you were right; there is a lot of stuff on this comp! What's odd is that I have Kerio Personal Firewall and AntiVir running and they have been for some time.

Here is the log; from what I can tell, there's just a few trojans and a bit of Adware to tackle.

Here's the results of the Ewido scan; looks like it cleaned up everything!
