Alright , thats clean then. Do you still get any virus warnings from Sophos? And do you still have any other problems?

Sophos isn't telling me that i have any virus so guess its fine now.
Thanks very much for all your help.
Do you think my computer was freezing because i was running 2 antivirus programs at the same time. The only thing is i thought it would be ok because i know someone who is running sophos and avast and his computer is fine?

It probebly was a combination of two AV's and the infection you had. You can use two AV's if you want but only one for realtime protection , if you only manually scan with the second you shouldn't have any problems.

If youre friend is using them both for realtime protection then he suffers from performence and/or confict problems for sure. And in the worst case , the 2 AV's will render each other useless.

But good to hear youre probs are gone.

Marked as fixed.
