Why don't you just get avast from www.avast.com its completely free and free updates, it has a built in scanner that scans all the time and it scans ur downlaods and emails foru, i use it, its gr8, all u have to do is do the free registration on avast.com and they send you a registration code to ur emails.

 Hey Faith!

Nice to see you back! I'm a little bit concerned about your ability to install the paid for but not free version of AVG. You could get stuck in a loop there.

Did you run RegSupremePro? It is a wonderful program, especially for this kind of thing. I would uninstall AVG first, (yes again), then run RSP. It will open wanting to create a backup of your cache, let it. Then click on the Registry Cleaner tab, and select Aggressive. When it is finished, click on Select, and choose All. Then click on Fix, and let it fix everything that it finds.

I know we have directed you to CCleaner for your your PC, but I'm not sure whether or not you have it on your daughter's. If not, download it from my signature, and run it after the reg cleaner.

Both AVG and Avast are excellent AV programs, so which ever you decide on, I am sure that your daughter will be protected. Don't forget to make sure that she is also being protected with Anti-Spyware and a firewall.
