i have noticed that there a few virgin media user on this site and some of you may not be aware that they have there own antivirus/spyware/firewall/identity theft protection /parental control/popupblocker/and privacy tool all in one application free to download for all virgin users ( dont download it if you are not a customer) as it wont work on your pc and could cause conflicts with your own security software , i use it and find it to be an ok tool so heres the link if anyone wants to give it a try who uses virgin as there isp Homepage - PCguard - Virgin Media

Here in the States Verizon FIOS has their own Security Suite free for download. Not worth it in my opinion.
