Do you mean on the download or when you downloaded it?
If on the download click Save

downloaded it to a cd. installed it on the laptop but made no difference.
any other ideas? |

could you try going into device manager and uninstalling/remove the display adapter( radeon 9700 ...) and then reboot the computer ,
from the point of starting the computer ,does it show the pixelated problem all the time ,or only as it gets into windows ? |

Pixellation is there from start up.
Please can you give me specific instructions how to uninstall the driver? Remember I can't see clearly what I'm doing! I'll have a go tonight when I get home. Thanks. |
