Angry Does Not Boot Up

Hi there i have a problem with my pc tower last night it was taking ages to shut down on vista so in the end i held power button in.
Tonight i have gone to switch it on and it has presented me with a problem:
powers on
beeps once
flashes up with the black screen detailing what graphics card i have then to the manufacturas logo and thats it i cannot get passed that and i cannot accsess bios
I have reset bios atx reset disconnected hard drive, dvd drive graphics card re seated memory and still the same!
then took memory out and restarted and it beeped continuos so motherboard is checking for memory please help???

Do you have any O/B graphics?

sorry should have said when i removed all hard ware that i used o/b graphics still no luck
