Default New Computer

So, I've been posting around the site trying to find info on making a new computer.

Here's what I got so far:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130469

Newegg.com - XCLIO Coolbox Advanced Fully Black Finish 0.5mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

Newegg.com - CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-6400C5 - Desktop Memory

Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 Wolfdale 2.8GHz 3MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

I don't need a hard drive or DVD, I already got those

The thing I need some info on, is what motherboard would be best suited for this PC?

Also, any other suggestions for improvements on the above?

My budget is like $600 USD

Also I don't NEED the case but would like it.

Yes, that's a very good board IMO. Gigabyte, EVGA, and ASUS all make excellent products. I have a GA-EP45-UD3R which is basically the same as the UD3P except it has only 1 PCI-e x 16 slot.

EVGA recommends a PSU with a minimum of 24 amps @ +12 volts for 1 card. I think you could reasonably assume (bad word!!) a PSU with a 35 to 40 amp +12 volt rating (as a minimum) will do the job. Make sure it has two 6 pin PCI-e power connections. Corsair, OCZ, and PC Power & Cooling are a few of the good brands.
