Default Power on then off then on__DVI signal failure

Ok i have a strange problem, i have my own suspecions what the culprit is but im wanting a second oppinion before i go and replace the part.

Specs:
I7 920 Core
Gigabit EX58-UD5 Motherboard
6GB DDR3 RAM
BFG 280 OCX 1GB Graphics Card
OCZ 800w PSU with two 12v rails
4 SSD Hard Drives split into 2 RAID 0 arrays, one for windows only and one for games. (Tier 1)
Annother 7200rps RAID0 array consisting of 3 250gb drives for applications. (Tier 2)
A single 750gb Drive for junk (Tier 3 storage).
2 CD/DVDRW Drives
Soundblaster Faulty Titanium Pro Sound Card with front port.
Antec 1200 Case
Illyarma 26" Screen
Viewsonic 19" Screen

Symptoms
-When the PC is turned on, it will come on for a second and then turn off. Then a second later it wil turn itself back on again.

-Randomly (hard to replicate but its frequent) both monitors will loose DVI connection and have no signal. Investigation shows that the graphics card fan has stopped spinning, its like it has just lost power or has failed.

During this failure, i can still hear things in the background such as ventrilo so the system has not failed compeltely yet. bout 30-60sec later the sound begins to loop as if the system has crashed.

-The DVI failure can happen anytime, during boot up, in windows or in games. Hard to replicate but it can be as requent as every few min or every few hours or even a couple of days between if im lucky.

Ideas? im wanting to know if it backs up my thoughts.

Well, no responces so yestoday i took the plunge and purchased a new PSU with more ampage and 12v rails.

Although the system does still turn off then on again in the startup, the DVI problem is 20 hours without occuring. It will take a week of testing however to see if my suspicion of the PSU was the culprit. Will keep you informed.
