OK, here are a bunch of screen prints that shows the steps I took to get to the software you indicated. I ended up at an entirely different place and I went ahead downloaded the software, but I didn't run it as I don't think it is the software you wanted me to get. I must be missing something simple, but I don't know what it is.

OK, I just tried downloading the backup repair software again, first using Mirror 1, then using Mirror 2. Still having the same problem. See attached screen shots.

I have been having trouble getting music download software to work. I have tried Rhapsody, eMusic, and Songbird and have been unable to get any of them to work. I got on a live chat with eMusic, and after going through 3 techs, got this "solution" to my problem:

"The DRM files are secured files and it won't install through a wireless connection. To install the DRM components, you need to connect your computer with a direct internet connection."


I told them what they could do with their product and immediately cancelled my trial membership. However, do you think this is part of my problem that we are working on?

If you point that Pareto Logic program at the backup files what happens?

Right now I've exceeded my fair share of my satellite's bandwidth, so I'm operating at dial-up speed. In 24 hours, I'll get my speed back up and will go through the process to the end and let you know what happens.
