PC restarts at loading screen!
Hi I have an extra pc running Windoews XP Home Edition. The computer starts, gets to the windows loading screen and then restarts. I can though, boot into safe mode. Can you help me?

Hey there Ryan and welcome again!
Do you have the Win XP disks that came with the machine? Or an otherwise valid copy? You should be able to get Windows to do a repair on the boot sequence that way.. this normally, for just a repair, will not lose any of your personal files. I've no doubt our talented techs and helpful members can get this all fixed up for you! Thanks for your patience
