In Device Manager, under Mice etc..there is nothing listed?

no ,, the pc works perfect in evry way but the mouse doent work at all ,, i have tried 4 different mice's (2 usb, 2ps2) in ubuntu and xp both dont even have a mouse show up, i have reset the bios and evryhting,,,, trhe pc doesnt even notice they are there, the usb one's both light up blue when they are pluged in but are not even acnologed by windows or ubuntu.

just tried it with a wireless mouse and it works!!, But the usb ports wont power my phone or memory sticks. it just says usb device not reconised, my usb keyboard and mouse work fine though
