Hi there,
Sadly, since you cleared CMOS, re-seated everything ECT it sounds like a bad MOBO.

I don't think it would be the video card considering you get video and it restarts at the same spot every time. It sounds to me like processor, bios battery or your motherboard. If there is a possibility can you get into safe mode at all?

GOOD NEWS!!!
Alright, so after chatting with the highest intel tech support for hours on my laptop, i finally got a solution! After i had rechecked everything, i went ahead and clearned my CMOS again, used a BIOS recovery file, i finally learned that i could put my BIOS in "mainentience" mode, after i set the pins correctly, i decided to try one last time, and it booted up! No problems so far, and thanks to everyone who commented and helped me. ~Novus Orsorum |
