josh have you downloaded your computers latest chipset from the manufacturers website and then updated your USB devices in device manager?
Also it is possible you need drivers and software download for the make and model of keyboard.

Hey,
Just an update, I got an adapter so I could plug it back where the keyboard slot is and it worked! So I guess it is something up with my plug and play USB ports, I dunno. -Josh |

Yes either need a driver for the USB or possibly faulty.
