Hi JMarket, could you provide more information here? Its really impossible to tell that malware is the source of the unstability.
Usually if a windows becomes unstable, its because so many drivers and programs are installed that the computer just becomes slower and to a certain moment exceeds time-out limits. Malware can help in making the system unstable, but I wouldn't directly blame it for this. If you can tell me what OS its running, and describe what the unstability looks like, that would help.
