It looks like a tv antenna plug and a fm radio socket (I think that's a fm socket) in a tv tuner card...

Yea, I thought coax but the din plug was putting me off...although, come to think of it, that's probably an SVIDEO socket.

I cant see behind the back of mine at the moment, but I think your right about svideo though...

A tv tuner card enables you to watch, or record television programmes on your computer.
