So I am ugrading my PC, and am currently looking at these four units. I want to know they will work together, an if I can use a 64 bit system with these. I am open to suggestions on upgrades too.

Hi and welcome to PCHF!

That should go together quite nicely and fast might I add.

And yes, it will be compatible with 64-bit Windows.

Thank you.

Do you think I should upgrade my processor while I am at it?
It is already a Dual Core @ 3.0 Ghz though.

Personally I wouldn't upgrade it. Maybe overclock it a little, but other than that; it's one awesome processor.

I have a couple other questions, which do you prefer/is better:

Windows XP Professional 64-bit

or

Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit

and....

If I buy this : Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit for System Builders - Operating Systems

Is this like a full install of Vista 64-Bit or something else I shouldnt get?
Having trouble finding 64 vista.

Or maybe should I just stick to a 32 OS, its all just so confusing with operating systems... I just want the best performance with my games and applications.

With the 4GB of RAM that you are getting, you have to have 64-bit to support all 4GB. 32-bit Windows can only read about 3GB of that.

XP vs Vista is a hot topic/debate. XP is faster and I actually prefer it. Your system will have no problem running Vista though, but XP will be slightly faster. XP Pro is cheaper than Vista Ultimate, I would say go for XP Pro. I know people are going to disagree with me but also in your decision, keep in mind that support for XP won't last too much longer since it's been out for about 7 years now. Vista would be the safer way to go, but XP would be the faster one.

Here is an article on 64-bit vs 32-bit: Smart Computing Article - 32-Bit vs. 64-Bit Systems
