How much should I charge for this un-used PC + mon

A good friend of mine built a PC for some one who never picked it up (from the end of September). He got a call saying sorry but a member of the buyers family who lived in a different country had died, and now he doesn't want the PC despite paying for it in full, amazingly he told my friend to keep the money due to having already built the PC.

My friends asked me to sell the PC for him. How much should I try and sell it for (NOTE this PC's only been used to install the requested software).

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz (3GB RAM, 2x 500GB HDD, Wireless)
3.16GHz 1333MHz 6MB L2 Cache, 3GB (1 x 1024 & 1 x 2048) DDR2 RAM, 2 x 500 HDD, 1 x DVD-RW nVidia Geforce 256MB Graphics Card, CardReader, Built-in 1GHz Ethernet, Wireless, 4 x USB2 ports, Front access panel for microphone, audio output & 2 x USB2 ports. Digital Capture Card and Production Premium CS4, Creative XFI Platinum, Firewire, Multimedia Speakers, Microsoft Vista Home Premium. + 22" TFT Viewsonic Widescreen Colour Monitor+
HP Scanjet 5590C, with Auto Document Feeder with transparency adaptor + Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise OEM.
All Discs included.

Sell it for the cost of the build plus 10%.

The original purchaser has to be a bit of a galah, or did he leave the country for good as well?
