Default No Video Output, continuous short beeps

Alright, here's what's up:
I built my own computer and I's been working fine for about 4 months now. I booted up and was about to install some software when I accidentally hit my reset button. No, biggie. But, as I waited for the thing to reboot, I noticed that my monitor was not coming on, it was stuck in sleep mode, not getting any input. Then I noticed a slow, continuous short beep from the mobo speaker. It still won't come on.
So what's the deal? I know the BIOS beep code means that there's a power supply/mobo/short problem, but why would this happen randomly after it's been working fine? Have I fried something be hitting the reset button too many times?

Finals are coming up, so I'm starting to panic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would first make the attempt to try removing one of the Ram sticks, and or swapping them around on the motherboard.

as codex said try re-seating your memory, sounds to me like something got dis-lodged, may also want to try to re-seat your video card as well, if that dose not work, let us know and we will try to find another solution.

Also take out the CMOS battery for about 10-30 mins. If it is in Sleep Mode then it should revert back to its original settings (Wakey Wakey Mode).

Of course beeps are worrying...usually when I don't get video display I don't get beeps either. The beeps could mean that your GPU has died.

Also note that if you take out the battery and have onboard video, sometimes the video output will switch back to onboard. I think most PC's automatically detect a graphics card though and output to that.

Alright, I took everything out and reseated (is that a word?) everything I could except the processor. No dice. What really worries me is the fact that everything is spinning- all fans, graphics card fan, etc...does fried hardware still spin fans?

Specs:
MSI P35 Neo2-FR Mobo
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU
XFX nVidia 8800 GT Alpha Dog Edition Graphics Card
500 Gig Seagate HD
CD/DVD drive w/Lightscribe (Can't remember model)
