Default Beeping Computer

Hi
It's been a while since i've had this problem.
My comp keeps beeping almost continuously and it's not at fixed intervals or anything. Sometimes its 1 beep/sec other times 2 beeps/sec or even 0.5 and 0.25 beeps/sec(frequency). Imean to say that the rate is time variant too.
I'am creeped to my ends searching for the reason or solution.
I don't even remember when it started or what might have triggered it.
No virus or trojan present as per scan.
If anyone could help me tell the causes and/or remedies it would be a great help.

Hi there - had this problem a while ago and folks on this forum helped me out! My issue was overheating due to the computer being clogged with dust. The fans were so clogged they couldn't spin. Take the outer case off your machine. Put a hairdyer on low setting and blow all the **** out of your cooling fans. Should work! Let me know how you go!

No sound when idle or while browsing net or running utorrent, flv player(something named moyea flv player),yahoo messenger v9.
No viruses dectected and i keep antivir on auto update.
Besides i surf for bout 8-9 hrs so i scan my comp every day twice too.

A componet on ur motherboard is most likely getting the near the overheating threshold. in bios at defualt if not changed by the user will either have 2 settings one will be alarm the user that the cpu / or chipset is too hot, and needs to be cooled, its alarming u through the pc speaker... 2nd setting is, that u can have the computer automatically shut down when heat becomes a factor..

the first step i would take is reboot ur computer, enter into ur cmos and check ur pc health / or temps... and repost what u have..

Hi codex.
I remember that initially the CPU Warning temp was disabled so i had selcted 56'C for it myself.
Well here are the details u asked for..
Cpu Warning temp [56'C/133'F]
Sys. temp [40'C/104'F]
Cpu Temp 47'C (to 57'c)
Chasis fan speed 0 Rpm
Cpu Fan Speed 2070 Rpm
Vcore 1.32 V (to 1.34V)
+12 V 11.70 V (about)
+3 V 3.21 V
+5 V 5.04 V

And it sure beeps when Cpu temp reaches 56 or beyond.
What shud i do? (if u need any more info i'll be happy to tell)
Are the rest infos ok?
